These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Duplicate Photos Cleaner (the “Application” or “Service”) provided by Megado LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
License and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, attempt to extract source code, or create derivative works from the Application except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where prohibited by law);
- use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Functionality, device responsibility
The Application is designed to help you manage and clean storage on your device. All actions are initiated by you, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving any deletions or changes.
Do not jailbreak or modify your device’s operating system in ways that compromise security or affect the Application’s functionality.
Connectivity and third parties
Some features may require an internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges imposed by your provider. We may rely on third-party services (e.g., diagnostics) to maintain and improve the Service.
Subscriptions
The Application may offer optional premium subscriptions. Available plans, prices, and trial terms are shown inside the app and/or App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Refunds
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. Apple reviews refund requests and makes the final decision according to its policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You are responsible for reviewing items before confirming deletion and for keeping your own backups.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megado LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
Updates and termination
We may update the Application from time to time to improve functionality or comply with technical requirements. You agree to accept updates when made available.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
